In our challenging, outrageous, and a-long-time-in-coming times of major change we are meant to know ourselves as spiritual beings, which means we must know how to care for ourselves accordingly.
Whether you have experienced multiple meditative and journaling practices or none, you will in this workshop, significantly and newly discover more multiple dimensions of self-healing, greater insight and coping in this time of transformation as your time of transformation and creative resolution
Our recently unleashed COVID-19 pandemic universe which, in a matter of days, has swept away Life As We've Known It - never before experienced in pretty much any of our lifetimes - is more than anything a call for courage. It is a time to understand and newly create the Courage to Be
These are beyond troubling times. In these - the current word to describe coronavirus' world-wide outbreak is pandemic - and peaking times, we acutely search for meaning as keys to responding and resolving. To uncover meaning and transcendent ways to cope, heal, protect, and grow through and beyond is all of what I want to offer - and as as a working definition of empowerment and transformation.
The Hype of Valentine's Day Yes, we've just passed Valentine's Day which, like all of our other holidays, is hugely hyped up - and therefore more often than not quite disappointing. The root of Valentine's Day goes way back before...
Journaling offers a space of sacred pause, from which honesty and creativity easily emerge as core requirements to come to related resolution.
It's very natural for us, when we come to recover living our lives and perceiving ourselves as endlessly loving, unconditionally choosing from this place of love, to extend that to all other life, actually - and create and respond accordingly. So, for example, with partnerships we love ourselves, so we want to experience loving partnership and adventure accordingly... We feel right when we come to be in a state of endless loving and corresponding self-worth - kind and compassionate towards ourselves and others, as well as clear and clean in our inner and outer perceptions, creations and responses. This is how we change ourselves and the world as well.
Hope is meant to be experienced as its own unique element - ongoing and separate from all the other ways we deal and authentically respond to living all aspects of our lives. So in addition to being emotionally free, we need to free, in order to unleash, our authentic selves - it's all we've really got, anyway.
We are once again in this season of thanksgiving and miraculous divine rebirth. May we all offer each other and ourselves our highest vision and trust in our owen real capacity to greatness - and not imagine restoring, but correspondingly recreating, that reflective world for us all to experience and share in the greater good. We are all worth it.
We are our choices. Our lives are the history of our choices.
Our prime directive at our spiritual core is to effect healing ongoing. Healing requires opening infinite space for adjustment and effect - to restore, create and return balance.
Happy, fruitful heroic adventuring! I believe our times demand it . . . "Be the change you wish to see in the world" - Gandhi
Where love isn't, inhumanness is; and suffering arises and inflicts terrible cost - on everybody. To me what is really worth praying for is to recover our core strength to each stand up for our common humanity and hold ourselves accountable to behave accordingly.
Our personal past as well, however it is emotionally incomplete, does profoundly and endlessly haunt us. It will wait forever for authentic healing and resolution; and therefore is a central challenge to restore equilibrium. . .We know how to restore equilibrium when we access and trust our authentic self. We are here to heal and evolve in order to create and extend a spiritual vision of love without exception, which shares infinite power to create to support the greater good, restoring equilibrium in wonderfully new, higher ways.
We love nothing better than feeling proud of what we've created in larger becoming, and all the wonderful and life-changing results that produces! Like the representational heroic characters in The Wizard of Oz, the required elements to succeed and overcome are the innocence and revealed woundedness of a child, the limits of courage that can only come from accessing the furthest corners of core fears, the facing of a broken heart and the empty loss it brings, and the humble, emerging wisdom that explodes when one admits one's basic foolishness.
