Find Your Path of Least Resistance for Real Healing and Success

The Only Way to Launch Our Dreams

In the eighties I was invited by a friend to study a very popular course on manifesting your dreams by Robert Fritz based on his book, The Path of Least Resistance.  It was a key piece for me that, without question, helped successfully launch my Centering Tools practice, and affirmed a lot of what intuitively I had been using for years to well create in all kinds of ways in my life.

We fundamentally exist as uniquely charged patterns of flowing, ever-changing energy, magnetized by whatever we’re attracted to.  I believe we’re most strongly attracted at a soul level to our dreams.

Our Core “Makes” or “Breaks Us”

How to connect with our dreams, like everything else that is able to connect in the universe, occurs through wherever available “openings” exist, which is the path of least resistance.  What we believe at our core defines where we are open – and where we are not open.

Sadly, we can desire and desperately hope for reasonable, terribly necessary outcomes but be stopped from experiencing these energetically (which is the matrix in which the spiritual universe can support our goals), by “paths” of resistance.  These always involve belief systems that have no true basis in reality which are always created by us in fear, and through having an incomplete response to loss.

Love and Vision Are the Foundation of Creating

“Open paths” to create our dreams instead are formed from love and vision (desire to create, trust and accept).  These are very different universes of operation.

I invite and challenge you to consider the following foundational beliefs listed below for yourself that Robert Fritz identifies in his book are necessary to create what you want, along the path of least resistance:

1.  I am the creative force in charge of my life.

2.  I am true to myself.

3.  I am physically and mentally healthy.

4.  I am free to choose.

Break Down Resistance to What You Really Want

If you believe and feel any or all of these above principles are not true, I then further invite and challenge you to identify the source of your resistance coming from foundational faulty believe systems created by you from an understandable place of fear and incomplete responses to loss.  We alone have the power to choose how we think and feel.

We also alone have the power to create our dreams and to choose self-healing, empowerment and development.  The spiritual universe will always fully support this.

The Key to Happiness, Freedom and Success

Ten Key Ways to Write Your Way to a Better Life

You Can Transform Your Life Through Writing

I tell my clients that the single most creative activity we can engage in for transformation is writing.  Journaling as your own own determined way to express yourself has been said, through several decades of research, to be a primary way to heal yourself and develop, as you choose, how to sustain an exquisite plan for self-determined success.

It really doesn’t matter what you write, how long you write, or when you write nearly as much as it matters that you write and continue to write.  Here are the ten of the simplest writing recommendations that I offer my clients:

Ten Simple Writing Exercises to Try for Self-Healing and Empowerment

1.   Carry a little notebook with you and write down for two or more minutes a day whatever you’re moved to write.

2.   Spend a few minutes a day or more writing down how you feel.

3.   Write a “wish list” – and leave it at that.

4.   Spend a few moments imagining you are completely free, and write about your experience, using the phrase, “I will”.

5.   Go somewhere you love in nature and sit for a few minutes, describing everything you see around you.

6.   Write a poem of two lines or more within a few minutes, read through it and write how you feel.

7.   Draw any picture, spend a few moments viewing it and then title it.

8.   Write down any word that is meaningful to you as the title of the following “list”; and then create the list by, for a minute or two writing down whatever words or phrases come to mind, one word or phrase to a line until you’ve run out of ideas – and then take the phrase I am or I have, and put down whatever seems to fit before every item on your list beginning with your “list title” – and last but definitely not least, read it all over and record any insights which occur.

9.   Imagine you have the power to release whatever exists inside you, and make a list of everything you choose to release.

10.  List all that you love and have loved in your life.

When we choose, we are challenged to fully and unconditionally commit.  Consider trying all these ten experiments for thirty days, and see how you and your life transform!

The Key to Visioning All that You Want

 The Beginning of Creating Your Dreams . . .

. . . is creating inner space to allow your heartfelt passion and willingness to both let go and commit to what you truly want to literally take shape before your eyes, through engaging your imagination to create.  We imagine all the time, but successful visioning can only occur in a free and what I call faith-ridden inner space.

We truly can’t be in two spaces at once, ever.  So if you decide you want something, and want it very badly, if you feel somewhere inside you you’ll never get it, the hopelessness “unclears” your power to envision.

Understand and Fully Engage Your Power to Let Go

Letting go includes not only being able to let go of your fear and conditioned beliefs of self-limitation, but letting go of expectation, agenda, or dictate as to how you’ll get what you want.  Letting go in all these ways creates spiritual space to let in your higher self with its greater understanding, its integrative ethics and its infinite caring.

In order to successfully envision we need to know how to be our own best facilitators and guides to fully create and beautifully shape our vision.  Last but not least we need to trust and commit to being more greatly aware and willing to engage our full capability to take action to engage in partnering with our experience, viewing our experience as its own Eden that continues to well unfold to share all that we need to receive.

An Exercise to Unleash Your Power to Envision

Settle back into a comfortable, supported, aligned position with your eyes closed.  Have writing materials with you.

Take ten easy, even, deep, free breaths. Notice how easily you become more and more aware of your body more and more greatly relaxing, your mind clearing and opening, your innate rhythm merging with the infinite, balanced rhythm of your breath.

Imagine you’re floating in an endless bubble that is your infinite, unleashed breath, effortlessly holding you in the very center, higher and higher.  The whole of your life falls far, far beneath you, and you feel yourself opening more and more, becoming so light and free.

Your heart and mind clear and open, and you begin to ask yourself what you most greatly want in your life.  Allow this to begin to take shape before you in great, fine detail.

See it, feel it, hear it, taste it, smell it.  Let the full vision draw you through its great magnetism fully into it so that you be – come it. 

How to Complete Visioning

When you feel complete in this experience, let it go, understanding it will begin to manifest in physical reality within all “partnering possibilities” as described above.  Then very easily and gently, within the infinite rhythms of your breath, imagine yourself in your bubble floating down and down to gradually return to physical reality, trusting in your capacity to “meet” your manifested vision, and open your eyes.

Record your experience in the present tense.  When you’ve finished, write, I release all conflict, fear, self-imposed limitation from my vision and myself, and commit to doing whatever it takes in a place of openness and awareness to create and receive my vision.

The Greatest Key to Staying Afloat

Thank your higher self, your free vision, and your reality as your great trinity of creation and sharing in unconditional love and understanding through this experience.  Read what you’ve written every day for forty-five days, continue to take action accordingly and watch what happens!

And most importantly, clear your mind space and stay open!

Uplift Yourself into Happiness in 2012

We Always Have the Power to Create What We Want

The most self-healing and transcendent inner tool we have is our imagination.  Our power to envision attaches us to our higher power, and offers us direct experience to create with unique and infinite potential.

So much has been written about this new year, 2012 – the end of an age lasting many thousands of years, according to the Mayan calendar.  Whatever the upcoming year means to us and our planet, we are at this moment poised to more greatly and differently utilize the new incoming light energy to support our greater good.

Our Freed Conscious Mind is the Key to Creating

The truth of the matter is our conscious mind can always, and does always, choose.  It doesn’t look to separate ourselves, ever, from all that we are, all that we ever experience, or all that we desire.  It doesn’t understand any sense of victimization because that doesn’t exist in its universe – in fact, all that ever truly victimizes us as adults are our delusional belief systems. 

It accepts without condition any and all feelings and thoughts.  What “trips it up” and puts terrible and tragic limits on it are old, entrenched, conditioned faulty belief systems.

We Create from Within

Our conscious mind does not need to directly change whatever is happening outside of us – our environments, our experiences, our relationships.  Instead it carries full power to change as desired our relationships to ourselves and all our “parts”.

Can you courageously end this year by reflecting, as deeply and honestly as you can, on the following questions – and just as courageously journal about whatever comes up inside you as response?

What Do I Really Believe About . . .

*who I am?

*what I am?

*my relationships?

*my past?

*my potential ?

*my experiences?

*my present life?

*my future?

What You Believe has to Align with what You Truly Want to Create to Be Able to Experience It

However you answered these questions identifies the spectrum of your core beliefs.  Now read through all you’ve written and underline whatever you objectively see limits your potential to create what you truly want in this new year.

(If you don’t know what you truly want, settle back in a comfortable, supported position, allow your breath to quite easily and naturally deepen, and close your eyes.  Now dare to allow your infinite imagination and all its light power to paint whatever picture your heart wants you to become, receive, let go of, and experience in your life without limitation.

When you feel complete in fully experiencing this vision, return to full waking consciousness and open your eyes.  Record all that occurred.  (Now you know what you really want.)

How to Set Your Greater Self Free to Miraculously Create What You Really Want . . . or Better!

In holistic and spiritual terms, when we bring up into conscious awareness our core beliefs and are willing to allow our free will, as the expressed unleashed power of the inner observer, to examine them, we merge with our infinite power to change our beliefs to support what we want.

When we honestly decide to change what we truly believe multidimensionally, our thoughts, feelings and how we relate to ourselves and our world change – and so does our life.  We have been given this infinite gift which always exists, no matter what is going on within and without in our life, to create, to transcend, to choose differently.

It truly sets new worlds in motion, and has throughout existence.  I reflect this gift back to you to work with, explore, and activate as you wish and are moved to do in this new year, in supporting your own and all our greater good.

How to Take Stock to Find Joy

As this year is days away from its end, are you inclined to take stock of your journey through it?  To consider how satisfied and light your heart is, how at rest you feel?

Such simple considerations, and how challenging they seem to be in our world with its complications, tangles, and burdens!  ‘Tis is the season, we hear, of joy, and how in hell do we get it?

Ten Surefire Ways to Experience Joy in 2012

Here are ten focal points to meditate on, journal about, and most importantly, act on to experience joy in your life in 2012: (and note – if this year is truly about global transformation through a great shift in personal consciousness, joy is at the center of the new direction)

1.   Find your own essence rhythms through your own truly meditative experience, and once there, let go, let be

2.   Forgive yourself and someone who you haven’t been able, in your heart of hearts, to forgive

3.   Identify a cause greater than you and your ongoing concerns that makes your heart sing, and commit to work, ongoing, to support it

4.   Laugh from your belly for at least five uninterrupted minutes every day – “break your little self up”

5.   Once a week spend at least an uninterrupted hour alone in nature at a spot that is greatly inspiring for you

6.   Dance any dance that takes you both outside of yourself and into your body and soul as often as you can

7.   Remember what you loved to do as a child, and do it now – if you can’t literally duplicate it, find a way to create whatever activity produces the joy you felt

8.   Ask yourself if you were completely free for a day, what would you do . . . and DO IT WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH

9.   Make a list of at least 8 qualities you and others say you have . . . then double it by listing 8 qualities you wish you had . . . then spend five full minutes believing you have all those qualities . . . and get yourself to accept the fact that you would not be able to imagine them if you didn’t already possess them . . . and imagine yourself feeling pure delight over all of this

10.  Anonymously help someone in need – whatever detective work this requires enhances the joy

. . . And Here Are Ten Results!

Joy . . .

*Erases fear

*Fractures anxiety

*Supports your inner observer

*Fuels creativity

*Enhances development

*Allows you to let go

*Moves you out of a “dead-limbo zone”

Wrap Yourself at the End of the Year in A Center of Peace and Freedom

Can We Recover Our Spiritual Selves as Creators of Light to Experience Peace and Freedom?

On the brink of 2012 and all its hype and mystery, we are in a most unique space in this “end time” and celebration of miracles in the face of seeming great darkness, to look back at this year and look into ourselves, even to our core.  Here we can remember who and what we are as beings and transmitters of light, able to generate and become in a sacred space of peace and freedom.

It is so easy, in the face of fear-based conditioning and the significant and critical woes of the world, to sell ourselves and our real potential to transform and uplift ourselves through our own real insight terribly short.  I invite you to sit with a very simple question that ultimately cuts through a lot of soul-stealing detours to your personal power and core, unleashed conscience:  Do we have the wherewithal to find for ourselves central peace and a free space to be?

Experiential Learning is the Key to Transformation

We do have this power and this capacity, and when we access it, we transform and become a transformative force for good in the world.  Understanding and experiencing peace and freedom comes through how we participate and learn from the stories of our lives.

When we can ask key questions without assumption and blame about who and what we are and how we came to be, we strip away faulty beliefs and all that internally forces us to twist ourselves into predetermined victims, leaving only our spirits free to intuit, highly choose, and release attachment.  Key how-to practices to experience peace, personal and spiritual power, self-healing, development and creative freedom to fulfill and express all that we have and wish to share in the world, and most importantly, give and receive love through being more greatly present involve meditative and journaling. 

Do You Have Enough Trust and Faith to Face Yourself and Go After What Truly Fulfills You?

Only we can live our lives and find a way to trust and acknowledge our inalienable right to make our way in the world.  We are meant to unconditionally face ourselves and understand our innate equality with anyone, anything. 

We are meant to discover what essentially pleases and fulfills us, and what our life’s passions are.  We are meant to unconditionally love ourselves and a correspondingly loving world in which we can freely share and just as freely spread our wings and fly through our own processes of enlightenment and power.

Here are 4 key questions to ask yourself in a deeper reflective (meditative) state and write your impressions about (journal) at year’s end:

1.  When I look back on this year, how do I feel?

2.  What were five key things that I learned about myself this year?

3.  How was I most greatly able to love?

4.  How was I most greatly challenged to love?

A Miraculous Inner Space of Feeling Whole

Then imagine yourself magically whisked away to the most peaceful, free space you could possibly go to, and experience yourself fully drawn into this amazing space.  Here envision yourself in the new year feeling whole without worrying about how this could happen.

You have given yourself a present in the present, which is a pivotal signal to the universe of your complete willingness to freely create your heart’s desires in a space of full and unleashed potential, where you can let it all go as a magnet to begin to manifest in many amazing ways in your life.  We can only create from the matrix in which we can BE, so to be in a space of inviolate peace and freedom keenly shapes corresponding experience.

Honor Yourself and Your Own Unknown Greatness to Bring Peace and Freedom to a Trapped and Compromised World

That is my holiday end-of-year gift to you – and even more importantly, your gift to yourself.  We are best meant to give gifts that demonstrate we are greater than who we think we are – and so we then experience and even more greatly offer.
